MSN
Receiver Side
To set an MSN messenger address to be receiving notification messages:
Step 1. Display the MSN page by the MSN button on the top screen menu bar.
Step 2. Right-click on the
lower half of the configuration screen, the receiver entry field, to display
the add recipient prompt.

Step 3: Enter the MSN
Account of the contact receiving event message.

Step 4: Select the severity level of events to be sent to the receivers. Notification means events of all severity levels will be delivered. Critical means only the critical events will be delivered.
Step 5: Repeat this process
to add more receivers.
Sender Side
Step 1: Click on the On/Off
switch on the upper right corner of SANWatch screen.

Step 2: Set Status to Enable if you want the module to be activated every time the SANWatch Management Host agent is started. Note that the On/Off switch should also be in the ON position before you turn off the server or close the utility. Otherwise, you will have to manually enable the function next time the utility is activated.
Step 3: Select the severity level of events to be sent to the receiver stations.
Step 4: Provide a valid MSN contact by entering its username as a sender's address.
Step 5: Provide the associated password.
Note: You can not sign in to Messenger on two different computers. The messenger login on another computer must be disabled.
