Monitoring Multiple RAID Subsystems in SANWatch's Initial Portal Window
Three (3) status icons indicate RAID sysstem status:
- When a RAID system is connected
Systems discovered in different IP ranges will all be listed in the Connection View.
A red warning sign on the chassis indicates a chassis with system faults indicated by the Critical and Warning levels. Dsipaly the summary page by a left-click on the icon or right-click to start the management session to check for older events. SANWatch only displays events occurred after the software is started.

If you want more details about system faults, left-click to display the summary of the connected RAID system. Right-click to display the "Manage Subsystem" command.

NOTE: If you cannot start a Management Host agent on a Windows platform after ruling out connection or firewall problems, you may try to manually locate, disable, and restart a Management Host agent under Windows Computer Management -> Service and Application -> Services. The management utility can be started by right-clicking the My Computer icon on your desktop.
